A native of Texas, Marcus Vaden received his B.A. in Psychology from Harding University in 1984. After exploring several career options and deciding he wanted to dedicate his life to helping others, Marcus attended law school at the University of Mississippi.
Graduating in 1989, he passed the bar on the first try and began his career gaining valuable trial experience as an Assistant Attorney General with the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office. He then spent 19 years handling thousands of cases as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and Prosecuting Attorney for Arkansas’ 20th Judicial District.
Helping the Injured and Disabled Throughout Arkansas
Soon after starting in the prosecutor’s office in 1990, Marcus opened the practice he still runs today. What started as a one-man operation has moved several times and expanded to include a staff of five.
Despite the changes, Marcus’s dedication to helping families in need through the law has not wavered. In the 30 years he has been practicing personal injury law, he has developed a passion for representing injured victims and those affected by legal injustice and has obtained millions of dollars for his clients.
Combining his three decades of trial experience as a criminal prosecutor with his commitment to helping people in need, Marcus Vaden works hard for his personal injury and disability clients. This level of service has won him the recognition of being named one of the Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in Arkansas by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
